Instead, we've created a pricing process that combines the certainty of a fixed-price contract with complete transparency into the budget. We believe you deserve to understand exactly what your investment is buying, not simply receive a final number, because the best decisions are made when you know the numbers. By thoughtfully designing and specifying your home before construction begins, we're able to build a budget that's tailored specifically to your home, your priorities, and your lifestyle. Once you're confident in both your design and your investment, we lock everything into a fixed-price contract and take on the responsibility of managing the budget from there, so you can focus on the most important job of all: becoming the future homeowners of a home designed entirely around you.
